It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
Accepted ID proofs are Driving License, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, and Passport.
Office ID and PAN Card are not accepted as ID proof.
For any booking changes, guests shall pay applicable cancellation/modification charges.
Modified bookings are subject to availability and the revised booking policy of the hotel.
Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms for safety reasons.
